1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and six6s ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at six6s.bio. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the six6s platform — including casino games, sports betting, crash games, live casino tables, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the six6s platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services on the six6s platform. six6s strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. six6s reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification fails or is refused.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the six6s platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. six6s may suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 KYC Verification

six6s may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time at its discretion. Required documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6s login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Not share your login details with any third party;
• Notify six6s support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

six6s will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have previously notified six6s of suspected unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

six6s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. six6s reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time and for any reason, including compliance and risk management purposes.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500;
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible;
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 12 business hours;
• Crypto withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are processed within 1–3 blockchain confirmations.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. six6s will not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and fund reversal.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the six6s platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are available within each game or betting market interface. General rules applicable to all six6s betting and gaming activity include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. six6s will not accept bet modification or cancellation requests after confirmation except in cases of technical error at six6s's discretion;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sporting event, six6s reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface;
• six6s reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict betting on any market or game for any individual user at any time;
• Winnings from games using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are determined by the published RTP and game mechanics — outcomes are not influenced by six6s;
• Live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are subject to the specific rules of that sport as applied by the event's governing body.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

six6s offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. General bonus rules applicable across all six6s promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer;
• Bonuses may only be used once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• six6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinated bonus abuse with other users — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on the six6s platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with six6s games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6s staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6s platform — including but not limited to the six6s brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6s or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the six6s platform without prior written consent from six6s. Unauthorised use of six6s intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6s and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime affecting platform availability;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

The six6s platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. six6s does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

six6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help users maintain control of their gaming activity. Users are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits through the account settings;
• Use the session time reminder and loss limit tools;
• Request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through six6s support if gambling is causing distress;
• Only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

11. Termination & Suspension

six6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if six6s reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Continued operation of your account is necessary to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation;
• You have provided false registration information.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at six6s's discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, your remaining PKR balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws as referenced in the platform's licensing terms. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact six6s support and allow a reasonable period of up to 30 days for resolution before escalating to any third party.

Six6s operates under applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan may differ from those in other jurisdictions and agree to use the platform in accordance with their local legal obligations.

13. Amendments

six6s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the six6s platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.
